What TravelSync processes
- Account and profile details: display name and minimal account data.
- Trip content: trips, dates, locations, participants, expenses, notes.
- Files you add: documents and images attached to trips.
- Limited technical data: data required for synchronization and security.
Why this data is needed
- To provide core trip-planning functionality.
- To enable collaboration with invited participants.
- To keep data consistent across devices.
- To maintain security and integrity.
External services
- Sign in with Apple
- Apple Maps and Apple Weather
- Firebase (Google) for backend and sync
- PayPal.me (optional, external link)
Data deletion
- Trips and content can be deleted in the app.
- Deleting a trip removes associated synced data.
- Uninstalling the app removes local data.
